Sports injuries may occur suddenly or can become part of an ongoing chronic problem if ignored. The sooner a problem is assessed and treated, the quicker you will return to full sporting activities.

As well as the use of traditional mat work exercises, part of your complete rehabilitation may involve the re-education of your core stabilising muscles. This may entail the use of gym balls, foam rollers and weighted balls.
